START is now an accredited assessment center (AAC) offering a variety of programs and assessments through NCCER. Rigging and signaling accreditation consists of assessments and practical examinations that meet or exceed current ASME B30 consensus safety standards and OSHA 29 CFR part 1926 subpart CC.

The certification process includes a written assessment or assessments, followed by practical examination after the successful completion of the applicable written assessment. NCCER certification is issued only after the student completes both written and practical exams.

Three levels of the rigging certification are offered — basic, intermediate and advanced. NCCER certification is good for five years.

Certifications will be available all day, but you must contact START to schedule an appointment.
