Everyone should be able to perform first aid, as most people eventually will find themselves in a home or work situation requiring it. First aid is the immediate help given to a victim of injury or sudden illness by a bystander until appropriate medical help arrives or the victim is seen by a healthcare provider. Be prepared and be in compliance. Learn the skills to maintain the life of a victim until emergency medical personnel arrive.
This instructional course will teach you how to administer first aid and CPR, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). You’ll learn how to handle emergency situations; take basic precautions to prevent disease transmission; care for injuries or sudden illness until advanced medical help arrives; help someone in breathing and cardiac emergencies; administer chest compressions; and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Great group rates are available.
